An average lead time of 8 weeks is standard. However, this can vary based on items such as third party shipping.

Do you offer on-site consultations?

Absolutely! All doors and windows need to be field measured prior to order to ensure accuracy. 

What type of glass do you use?

We offer 2 varieties of glass, E-glass and laminate plate glass. 

Do you provide a warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a 20 year warranty on steel products and a 1 year warranty on all installs. Warranties are subject to restrictions, which will be identified on a per project basis.
